Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, attorney-at-law both in the professional and in the academic realm, graduated from the Universidad Panamericana Law School where he coursed both his Masters Degree and his Doctorate Degree, while also teaching for more than 18 years Agrarian and Constitutional Law, and Administrative Procedure and Political Theory.
Founder, more than 20 years ago, of Sotorisolve Attorneys, with offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City, specializing in advice and litigation of Agrarian Law, Urban, Energy and Environmental Law; active member of diverse Directive Organizations both in the private sector and in the academy, such as: Commerce Chamber of Guadalajara, COPARMEX, American Chamber, Mexican Bar, National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE) and of the Pan-American Institute of High Management (IPADE), where he also graduated.
